북미 각국 정부가 운영하는 에너지 절약 제품 인증 제도인 에너지스타는 매년 업체를 선정해 상을 준다.
이 중 에너지스타 캐나다는 2019년 총 20개 업체를 부문별로 선정해 지난 4월말 발표했다.
삼성은 올해의 제조업체-가전제품에서 상을 받았다.
수상 이유를 보면, 삼성은 북미 시판 제품 중 에너지 스타 인증을 꾸준히 늘렸다. 총 75개 가전제품이 인증을 받아 2016년보다 24% 늘어났다. 또한 동일 제품 중 에너지 효율이 가장 좋은 제품 숫자 또한 11% 늘린 점도 인정받았다. | JoyVancouver ? | 권민수
